Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, our aerial hammocks provide a unique and exhilarating way to experience the benefits of yoga while defying gravity. 🔥 What to Expect: ✅ Expert guidance from certified Aerial Yoga instructors ✅ Gentle introduction to aerial poses and techniques ✅ Emphasis on safety, alignment, and mindful movement ✅ Suitable for complete beginners and those with limited yoga experienceWhether you are a beginner looking to take your fitness to new heights OR looking to strengthen, lengthen and tone your entire body – this is a class for you! You do not need to have experience in the hammocks to start this series. In this class we use the yoga hammock to help stretch deeper and gradually build upper body and core strength. We start with on ground conditioning using the silks to warm up the upper body and legs and then focus on mastering 3-4 Aerial Yoga poses each class.

Cancellation Policy

🌟 Booking Policy 🌟 We're thrilled that you're interested in joining our yoga classes! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, please review our booking policy below: Reservation: All yoga classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system, phone, or in-person at our studio reception. Walk-ins are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed a spot in the class. Cancellation: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time to avoid any cancellation fees. You can cancel your booking online, through our mobile app, or by contacting our studio directly. Late Arrival: We encourage all participants to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the class to check-in, settle in, and prepare for the session. Late arrivals may not be permitted to enter the class to avoid disruption to other participants. Class Size: To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, our classes have limited capacity. We recommend booking your spot early, especially for popular classes during peak times. Waitlist: If a class is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be automatically added to the class and notified via email or text message. Please confirm your attendance to secure your spot. Attire and Equipment: Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga practice. We provide yoga mats, blocks, straps, and other props, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Health and Safety: Your well-being is our top priority. Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns before the class begins. Listen to your body and modify poses as needed to prevent injury. Etiquette: Respect your fellow participants and the instructor by maintaining a quiet and focused environment during the class. Turn off or silence your electronic devices and refrain from talking during the session. By booking a yoga class with us, you agree to adhere to our booking policy and studio guidelines.
