Inside Flow 90minutes Master Class with Jacquelyn

Inside Flow is a modern form of Vinyasa Flow. Over the course of an hour, a choreography of asanas is built up to the accompaniment of music, which is tailored to a specific, modern song. The aim is to harmonize body and mind and to achieve a meditative state through the combination of music, breathing and movement - without classical meditation. A modern, dynamic yoga style with graceful movements. Suitable for all yogis who like to dance or just want to move fluently.

During the Inside Flow class, you gently move from one posture to another carried by the music, bringing you into a trance-like, almost meditative state.

This is a 90minute of Inside flow master class with certified instructor Jacquelyn.
