Aerial yoga, or also known as anti-gravity yoga, uses both traditional yoga poses and Pilates exercises, whilst balancing on a silk hammock.
STRETCH AND TONE
Stretch & Tone is a low impact, low intensity workout that will tone your muscles, increase your range of motion and flexibility, and help you to relieve stress. Through a series of stretching and toning exercises, participants will develop breathing。
HATHA YOGA 哈达瑜伽
Hatha yoga uses physical poses to generate strength and flexibility and to drive energy into all areas of the body, removing any built up tension.
AERIAL HAMMOCK are exactly that – large slings of silk hanging from the ceiling that allow you to move into a diverse range of figures and shapes. What we love in particular about the Aerial Slings is its ability to enhance fluid and dance-like movements as you execute your moves in a sequence - something which sets it apart from the similar Aerial Silks apparatus.Also known as hammock or swings, it is a great introduction to Aerial Fitness, providing excellent support whilst you concentrate on getting your arms and legs in the right place!

Fitness and Wellness both plays a vital role in our life. Fitness means the ability of a person to perform physical activities. Fitness includes power of body, strength of muscles and joints. If a person is physically fit, it does not mean he is also healthy . so fitness does not mean “health”.
On the other hand wellness means your health. It includes your mental health, physical health, emotional health and so on. So fitness is only about having a good body shape while wellness is about good health.
