Have you ever dreamed of running away to the circus? Well... now is your chance! This Aerial Hoop class is for total newbies - no dance or fitness background required! During these classes we will be using the hoop to improve your strength and stamina as well as executing beautiful shapes. The class ends with a good stretch and cool down to improve suppleness and flexibility.
Enjoy a total body conditioning routine with this all level program designed to help you achieve flat, well-defined abs while you tone your buns, thighs, arms and legs. Along with the use of the Flex Band, Magic Circle, and Mini Ball, Foam Roller your strength and energy will be renewed, providing benefits to your overall fitness and personal well-being.
Aerial yoga is just like yoga but utilises a hammock or yoga swing (suspended from the ceiling) to allow you to perform a diverse range of poses you can’t normally do on a traditional yoga mat. It is a mixture between yoga and pilates, aerial arts, and acrobatics.
Private Coaching
I have a confession to make. Even though I do love teaching group yoga classes, I’ve fallen quite in love with teaching private sessions.
In most yoga teacher trainings, you are not taught how to teach private yoga. The focus is very much on “how to teach a group class.”
This is fine, and wonderful, and I love teaching groups. But a 1×1 coaching session is vastly different from a group class.
In my private sessions with several students, and through what I’ve learned in this immersive course, my approach to privates has DRASTICALLY changed.
So what IS the impact of a private coaching session?
