About the event
Our Aerial Hoop choreography class specializes in a variety of dance styles. Participants will get to explore the fluidity of Aerial Hoop through musicality and transitions. In this workshop you will start with a sequence of conditioning exercises then move on to learn some new innovative combinations and shapes.
Requirements: Basic understanding of Aerial Hoop. We recommend 3 months experience of doing aerial hoop as a student.
Certification: Awarded upon successful completion of 3 hours workshop.
