Aerial Hoop Workshop (26th May,2024) Terms and Conditions

1. Registration: By registering for the aerial hoop workshop, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Payment: Payment for the workshop is due upon registration. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of the participant's spot in the workshop.

3. Cancellation Policy: No cancellations will be accepted after May 18, 2024. Participants who cancel before this date may be eligible for a refund, subject to the discretion of the workshop organizer.

4. Refunds: Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made before May 18, 2024. Refunds are subject to a processing fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

5. Workshop Schedule: The workshop schedule is subject to change at the discretion of the organizer. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance.

6. Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own safety during the workshop. The organizer is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the workshop.

7. Equipment: Participants are responsible for bringing their own appropriate attire and any necessary equipment for the workshop.

8. Photography and Video: By participating in the workshop, participants consent to the use of photography and video footage for promotional purposes by the organizer.

9. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards fellow participants and the workshop instructor. Any disruptive behavior may result in expulsion from the workshop without refund.

10. Contact Information: Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information at the time of registration. The organizer will not be held liable for any miscommunication due to inaccurate contact information.
