Workshop Ticket Event Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation: Your workshop ticket booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
2. Cancellation Policy:Requests for cancellations or refunds must be made in writing via email to miaerialyogastudio@gmail.com Cancellation requests received within [14 days] of the event date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to the discretion of the event organizer. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than [7 days] prior to the event date. The event organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be provided.
3. Attendance and Participation:Participants are required to arrive at least [X minutes] prior to the scheduled start time of the workshop. Late arrivals may result in exclusion from certain workshop activities or forfeiture of participation without refund. Participants are expected to adhere to the guidelines and instructions provided by the workshop instructors and event staff. The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants from the workshop in cases of disruptive behavior or failure to comply with instructions.
4. Liability Waiver:Participation in the workshop involves inherent risks and physical exertion. By purchasing a ticket and participating in the workshop, participants acknowledge and accept these risks. The event organizer, instructors, and venue shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the workshop. Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical fitness and suitability for participation in the workshop. It is recommended to consult a healthcare professional before engaging in any physical activity.
5. Photography and Media Consent:Photographs, videos, or other media may be captured during the workshop for promotional purposes. By participating in the workshop, participants grant the event organizer permission to use their likeness, image, or voice in promotional materials without compensation or further consent.
