Workshop one Beginner Workshop - 29th July 2023 (10am-1130am)

Beginner Guide to New Learner Aerial Hoop Workshop with Alan Lim.  This workshop gives you the opportunity to learn how to execute them! Complete beginners are welcome as classes workshop are progressive, focusing not only on the poses/tricks, but also to prepare your strength and awareness for the subsequent lessons and levels. Fee : RM130 (90minutes workshop)

Workshop Two 29th July 2023 (12pm-2pm)

Choreography Aerial Hoop Workshop.  This is a 2hours aerial hoop workshop with special choreograph by Alan at his very own styles.  Now that you have an understanding of the fundamentals of being in the air, it's a chance to introduce some more exciting skills into your repertoire! Makes your practice into chores of the flow with aerial hoop.

Fee : RM230 (120minutes workshop)
