Service Description

Aerial yoga, or also known as anti-gravity yoga, uses both traditional yoga poses and Pilates exercises, whilst balancing on a silk hammock. 空中瑜伽是瑜伽的一種,運用懸垂的吊床或掛布在空中懸掛自己的身體,以肌肉力量維持平衡。按照不同目的,在空中做出倒立、翻轉、騰飛等的各種動作。
