BEGINNER 1 AERIAL YOGA
Whether or not you’re familiar with yoga, the idea of doing yoga in the air can seem ... odd. But not to worry: “Aerial yoga” doesn’t mean you’re going to be doing downward dog on a trapeze. Instead, you’ll be supported by a soft hammock, which allows your body to let gravity do some of the work.
Aerial Yoga develops a unique kind of strength, body awareness and wellbeing. It develops our mind body connection by giving us new ways to experience our physical selves. Our perspective can be lightened by turning our bodies upside down, affecting a transformation of our emotions and thoughts. The inversion also increases blood flow to the head which can assist in cellular rejuvenation of the skin on our face, enhancing skin tone, texture and a healthy glow. Diaphragmatic breathing is also strengthened which improves our normal respiratory rate and relaxes us further. And like any yoga practice, Aerial Yoga helps improve circulation, reduce swelling, boost lymphatic drainage, detox organs and strengthen all areas of our body.
Aerial Hammock are exactly that – large slings of silk hanging from the ceiling that allow you to move into a diverse range of figures and shapes. What we love in particular about the Aerial Slings is its ability to enhance fluid and dance-like movements as you execute your moves in a sequence - something which sets it apart from the similar Aerial Silks apparatus.
It is a great introduction to Aerial Fitness, providing excellent support whilst you concentrate on getting your arms and legs in the right place! For seasoned practitioners, the mastery lies in keeping a constant flow through transitions, especially whilst spinning, which could prove to be an extremely rewarding outcome.ss that is specially designed for first timers, then progress to our regular Aerial classes for a greater challenge.
Yogalates is a combination of calisthenics, yoga, and Pilates. It consists of a series of movements derived from these different styles to give a complete cardiovascular, strength, stretching and balancing workout.
A general traditional yoga class open to all levels from complete beginners to more experienced students, with options given for different levels.
KPOP CARDIO DANCE
Easy Kpop choreo to lose weight. Enjoy Kpop hit songs alongside aerobic movements and body toning exercises. In addition, your body expands up to 500 calories in 1 session.
AERO PARA DANCE
Aero Para Dance is an exciting, healthy, safe and motivating way to get in shape and stay fit. Aero Para Dance are actually a blend of distinctive dance forms like disco,aerobics,jazz, etc. It can be enjoyed by all age group, both men and women.
STRETCH & TONE
Suitable for any level of fitness, the classes are low-impact with a real focus on proper engagement of your abdominals to build core strength as well and toning and stretching your muscles through various exercises that will improve flexibility and strength.
The classes will focus a lot on technique and activating your muscles correctly and efficiently. Many super-fit people often think that they are activating their muscles correctly when in fact they aren’t, and as a result are not getting the most out of their time spent working out. Beginners will get the benefit of toning up and starting out training and activating your muscles in the right way to ensure your fitness progresses for all activities that you do without the concern of causing injury.
I will be giving you all homework exercises to practice each week to ensure you progress through the course in the best possible way.
Stretch & Tone is about balancing your body and helps improve overall fitness, but the class focuses more on mind-centering types of exercise, using breathing techniques to improve your strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing.
BEGINNER 2 AERIAL YOGA
Our beginners 2 which also call as improvers classes are for people who have joined couple few of Beginners 1 of Aerial Yoga course or have participated in an aerial yoga class before.
These classes move at a slightly faster pace in comparison to our complete Beginners 1 Aerial Yoga Class.
We also continue to expand your knowledge of Aerial Yoga and introduce additional approaches to increasing your strength and flexibility.
