We’ve been a practicing YogaStudio since 2007. The foundation of our studio combines the physical with the inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we promote awareness of the interdependency of all these aspects in personal health and wellbeing. At MI Aerial&Yoga Studio, we use our extensive training and in-depth understanding of the human body and psyche to teach and cultivate awareness of one’s own practice and life process.
ABOUT MI PRACTICE
I have been teaching yoga to people of all ages and levels since 2007. I really believe that yoga can change lives in such an amazing way. Its the best job in the world to help people stay active and find a more peaceful way to move through their busy lives.
I took up AerialYoga in hammock and silk a few years ago. This is where I discovered Aerial yoga and loved it. Aerial yoga if a playful way ,to explore yoga, and your fitness. It teaches you how the body can be solid and flexible while looking at the world from a different viewpoint. My classes are fun, athletic and challenge all levels.

CARDIO KPOP DANCE
Combining K-pop with cardio suddenly isn't so bad! ... But what about taking it to the next level and doing your workout TO a K-pop song? Combining some of the dance moves with aerobics, K-pop fitness is where it's at. It is a one hour non-stop workout to Kpop hit music.
YOGA FOR ALL LEVEL
It’s time to roll out your yoga mat and discover the combination of physical and mental exercises that for thousands of years have hooked yoga practitioners around the globe. The beauty of yoga is that you don’t have to be a yogi or yogini to reap the benefits. Whether you are young or old, overweight or fit, yoga has the power to calm the mind and strengthen the body.
AERO PARA DANCE
Aero Para Dance is an exciting, healthy, safe and motivating way to get in shape and stay fit. Aero Para Dance are actually a blend of distinctive dance forms like disco, aerobics, jazz, etc. It can be enjoyed by all age group, both men and women. Expect to burn 400-500 of calories in this easy, fun and cardio dance class. At the end of 10minutes, we will have additional of TABATA workout for toning after the fats burning workout! Joh our crowd if you are the one who want to shed off those pounds!。
